Troubleshooting
I cannot complete the connection
Confirm you are signed in to the correct Amazon account with permission to authorize apps.
Try again after temporarily disabling pop-up blockers.
If MFA is enabled in Amazon, complete the MFA challenge when prompted.
Orders are missing
Expand Order types to include FBA if needed.
Add more Order statuses (for example, Pending or PartiallyShipped) if your workflow requires them.
Remove or adjust the Marketplace filter if you sell in additional regions.
Inventory is not updating
Verify inventoryMultipleLocations is set to true if you stock more than one location.
Check whether inventoryExcludeFBA is set to true; if so, FBA inventory will not sync.
Confirm SKUs in Amazon match SKUs in the app or use skuMapping when necessary.
Multi-location shipping is not behaving as expected
Make sure each warehouse exists under Locations in Amazon Seller Central.
Confirm inventory is assigned to the correct location.
Verify Shipping Settings Automation is turned on in the shipping template and that the template is assigned to the SKUs.
