Pipe17 supports the following flows for the QuickBooks Connector:

• Pull or Push Orders from QuickBooks
• Pull or Push Products to QuickBooks
• Pull or Push Inventory to QuickBooks
• Push Fulfillment to QuickBooks
• Pull Locations from QuickBooks

Requirements

• Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
• QuickBooks Account - Ensure you have access to your QuickBooks admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/QuickBooks account.

Connecting QuickBooks to Pipe17

To connect with your QuickBooks environment:

• Select Production or Sandbox environment.

• Click Connect.

• You will be redirected to the Quickbooks login and authorization page. Login using your Quickbooks credentials.

• Follow the steps to allow Pipe17 access to your Quickbooks account.

• You will be redirected back to Pipe17.

Connection Flow Settings

Orders: Set to either Pull from Quickbooks, Push to Quickbooks or Disabled. 

Pull Orders → pulls in all Orders from Quickbooks starting from the datetime when the Quickbooks Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

Push Orders → pushes Orders to Quickbooks starting from the datetime when the Quickbooks Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

Products: Set to either Pull from Quickbooks, Push to Quickbooks or Disabled.

Pull Products → pulls in the Product Catalog from Quickbooks starting from the datetime when the Quickbooks Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

Push Products → pushes the Product Catalog to Quickbooks starting from the datetime when the Quickbooks Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

Inventory: Set to either Pull from Quickbooks, Push to Quickbooks or Disabled.

Pull Inventory → pulls in Inventory updates from Quickbooks starting from the datetime when the Quickbooks Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

Push Inventory → pushes Inventory updates into Quickbooks starting from the datetime when the Quickbooks Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

Fulfillments: Set to Push to Quickbooks or Disabled.

Push Fulfillments → pushes Fulfillments updates into Quickbooks starting from the datetime when the Quickbooks Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

Locations: Set to Pull from Quickbooks by default. This setting cannot be turned off since Order Processing depends on Location information.
