Connect Odoo to Pipe17

Odoo is an open source ERP and CRM.

Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the Odoo Connector:

• Pull Orders from Odoo

Requirements

• Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
• Ensure you have access to your Odoo admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/Odoo account.

Connecting Odoo to Pipe17

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
2. Find the Odoo Connector and Click on Add.
3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
4. Click Next
5. Fill in the fields below:
   1. API URL is the instance’s domain (e.g. https://mycompany.odoo.com)
   2. Odoo Database Name is the instance’s name. Ex: mycompany
   3. Username is the username for Odoo account
   4. Password is password for the Odoo account
6. Click Connect.

Connection Flow Settings

• Orders
  • Pull orders from Odoo into Pipe17: pulls in Orders from Odoo starting from the datetime when the Odoo Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Push orders from Pipe17 to Odoo: pushes Orders updates into Odoo starting from the datetime when the Odoo Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Process orders in both directions: update Orders in both directions into and out of Odoo starting from the datetime when the Odoo Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Products
  
  • Pull products from Odoo to Pipe17: pulls Product Catalog updates from Odoo starting from the datetime when the Odoo Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Inventory
  
  • Pull inventory from Odoo into Pipe17: pulls Inventory updates from Odoo starting from the datetime when the Odoo Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Push inventory changes to Odoo: pushes Inventory updates into Odoo starting from the datetime when the Odoo Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Process inventory in both directions: update Inventory in both directions into and out of Odoo starting from the datetime when the Odoo Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Fulfillments
  • Push fulfillments to Odoo: pushes Arrivals updates into Odoo starting from the datetime when the Odoo Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Locations
  • Pull locations from Odoo into Pipe17: pulls Locations updates from Odoo starting from the datetime when the Odoo Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
