Connect OrderDesk Ecommerce to Pipe17

OrderDesk helps you automate and streamline your order management workflow.

Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the OrderDesk Connector:

• Pull Orders from OrderDesk
• Pull Products from OrderDesk
• Push Products to OrderDesk
• Push Inventory to OrderDesk
• Push Fulfillment to OrderDesk

Requirements

• Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
• Ensure you have access to your OrderDesk admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/OrderDesk account.

Connecting OrderDesk to Pipe17

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
2. Find the OrderDesk Connector and Click on Add.
3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
4. Click Next
5. Login to your OrderDesk dashboard.
6. Navigate to https://app.orderdesk.me/settings/api
7. Create an API Key by clicking - Create API Key.
8. Save values for Store ID and API Key in a secure location.
9. On Pipe17 enter the values for Store ID and API key in the corresponding fields.
10. Click Connect.

Connection Flow Settings

• Orders
  
  • Pull orders from OrderDesk into Pipe17: pulls orders updates from OrderDesk starting from the datetime when the OrderDesk Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Products
  
  • Pull products from OrderDesk into Pipe17: pulls products updates from OrderDesk starting from the datetime when the OrderDesk Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Push products to OrderDesk from Pipe17: pushes Product Catalog updates to OrderDesk starting from the datetime when the OrderDesk Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Inventory
  
  • Push inventory to OrderDesk from Pipe17: pushes inventory updates to OrderDesk starting from the datetime when the OrderDesk Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Fulfillments
  • Push fulfillments to OrderDesk from Pipe17: pushes fulfillments updates to OrderDesk starting from the datetime when the OrderDesk Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Locations
  • Pull locations from OrderDesk into Pipe17: pulls Locations updates from OrderDesk starting from the datetime when the OrderDesk Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
