Connect ChannelAdvisor to Pipe17

ChannelAdvisor provides a complete Multichannel Commerce Solution for Brands and Retailers.

Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the ChannelAdvisor Connector:

• Pull Orders from ChannelAdvisor
• Pull Products from ChannelAdvisor
• Push Products to ChannelAdvisor
• Push Inventory to ChannelAdvisor
• Push Fulfillment to ChannelAdvisor
• Pull Locations from ChannelAdvisor

Requirements

• Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
• Ensure you have access to your ChannelAdvisor admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/ChannelAdvisor account.

Connecting ChannelAdvisor to Pipe17

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
2. Find the ChannelAdvisor Connector and Click on Add.
3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
4. Click Next
5. Click Connect. You will be redirected to ChannelAdvisor authorization page, follow the steps to authorize Pipe17.

Connection Flow Settings

• Orders
  
  • Pull orders from ChannelAdvisor into Pipe17: pulls orders updates from ChannelAdvisor starting from the datetime when the ChannelAdvisor Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Products
  
  • Pull products from ChannelAdvisor into Pipe17: pulls products updates from ChannelAdvisor starting from the datetime when the ChannelAdvisor Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Push products to ChannelAdvisor from Pipe17: pushes Product Catalog updates to ChannelAdvisor starting from the datetime when the ChannelAdvisor Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Inventory
  
  • Push inventory to ChannelAdvisor from Pipe17: pushes inventory updates to ChannelAdvisor starting from the datetime when the ChannelAdvisor Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Fulfillments
  • Push fulfillments to ChannelAdvisor from Pipe17: pushes fulfillments updates to ChannelAdvisor starting from the datetime when the ChannelAdvisor Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Locations
  • Pull locations from ChannelAdvisor into Pipe17: pulls Locations updates from ChannelAdvisor starting from the datetime when the ChannelAdvisor Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
