In this guide, we will cover how to use the inventory table page quick filters in Pipe17.
How to use inventory quick filters
- Search: The search input allows you to search for an inventory SKU. It is a substring match, so if e.g. you have 2 SKUs "TESTSKU123" and "TESTSKU456", searching for "TESTSKU" will return both of these SKUS. If you would like to search by product attributes such as name, see the "Product SKU" filter below
- Group by SKU: Set this to true to group inventory records by SKU, or set to false to return individual records. Depending on this value, you will see additional filters that you can apply. Note: bulk actions (export, bulk updates) will act on individual inventory records
- Created: Filter for inventory records created between the selected date range
- Updated: Filter for inventory records updated between the selected date range
- Product SKU: Search for product records in Pipe17, and set the filter to search for the selected product SKUs.
- Location: Filter for specific locations to get inventory records for. By default, when no locations are selected, locations excluded from inventory totals ("Exclude from Totals") will be excluded from results. You can explicitly select "Show inventory excluded from totals" to include such inventory records in the response.
- On Hand: Filter for inventory records where the on hand count passes the selected criteria.
- Available: Filter for inventory records where the available count passes the selected criteria
The following filters are only available when grouping by SKU:
- Simulate totals for: Select an integration from the dropdown to simulate how inventory totals will be sent to that integration. To configure a location to be excluded from inventory totals to an integration, configure the "Exclude from Totals for" field in the location details page.
The following filters are only available when not grouped by SKU:
- Do not track inventory: Filter for inventory records that are or are not tracking inventory changes.
- Source integration: Filter for inventory records associated with a specific source integration.
- Entity ID: Filter for inventory records associated with the specified entity ID (usually orders)
