Using the Product Details Page

The Product Details page in the app gives you complete visibility and control over each product in your catalog. Whether you're managing a single SKU, a multi-item bundle, or publishing to multiple sales channels, this page serves as the operational hub for your product data.

It’s designed to give ecommerce brands, fulfillment partners, and retailers fast access to critical product details—with tools to edit, sync, and track product data accurately and in real time.

Channel Status

Use Channel Options to manage product behavior per integration:

  • Sync control: Choose the default option in Settings → Profile → Skip publishing products by default, except for integrations defined in the exclude list below, publish, or disable an integration channel to stop further product updates from syncing to that system. This does not delete the product from the channel—it only stops future syncs.

  • Inventory buffer: Set a buffer amount to reduce the inventory shown on a specific channel.
Example: If available stock is 100 and the buffer is 20, only 80 units sync to that channel.
This feature is available only for e-commerce integrations.

  • Channel SKU: Enable to map your primary product SKU (the one used in Pipe17) to a different SKU that's used by a specific channel when it's sold or managed through a specific sales channel or integration.

  • Bundle not syncing? Ensure all component SKUs are active and syncing properly.
