|Make sure you have exhausted all other troubleshooting options before resetting inventory. Deliverr zeroes out the Pipe17 inventory before re-sending it after a reset, which means your items may be temporarily unavailable on selling channels while everything re-syncs.|
On occasion you might need to resync Pipe17 inventory to match Deliverr's inventory levels. To do this follow these steps:
- Login to your Deliverr account and click on Integrations
- Select the Pipe17 Integration and click on "Disconnect"
- When the screen refreshes, click on "Connect"
- Within 15 minutes you should see updates to your Pipe17 inventory. One way to verify this is by opening the Events tab in Pipe17 and filtering to your Deliverr integration.
