After signing up for a Pipe17 account, you can access your Pipe17 portal. This is where you can view and manage your products, orders, inventory and more.
Your dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. Here, you can see a summary of how your orders are flowing: it shows information about your recently received and shipped orders, as well as order issues that may need to be resolved.
The "Orders requiring attention" section will display any orders that currently have an error. You'll want to monitor this section regularly so that you can address any issues! To learn more about possible order errors, take a look at our guide on Order Exceptions.
