Connect Wix to Pipe17

The Wix connector links your Wix store to the app. The app pulls orders, locations, and products from Wix, and sends fulfillments, inventory, and products back to Wix.

With this connector, you can:

  • Pull orders from your Wix store into the app.
  • Pull products from Wix into the app, or push products from the app to Wix.
  • Push inventory levels to Wix.
  • Push fulfillments with tracking information to Wix.
  • Pull your Wix locations into the app.

  • A Wix account with admin permissions to install third-party apps.

Troubleshooting

  • The integration doesn't show Connected after you approve the app in Wix
Refresh the Integrations page. If the status is Error or Disabled, connect again, and make sure you're signed in to Wix as an admin who can install third-party apps.
  • Product or inventory syncs fail with a Catalog V1 error
Your Wix site uses Catalog V3. Set Wix Stores catalog version to Auto-detect or Catalog V3.
  • Older orders don't appear in the app
The app pulls only orders created after the integration was set up, or after the date in Exclude orders created before this date. Set an earlier date to pull older orders.
  • Only some products or inventory sync
Check Process only products with specific SKUs and Process only inventory with specific SKUs. Leave both empty in production.
