Connect PrestaShop to Pipe17

PrestaShop is an eCommerce Platform.

Pipe17 supports the following flows for the PrestaShop Connector:

  • Pull Orders from PrestaShop
  • Pull and/or Push Products to/from PrestaShop
  • Push Inventory to PrestaShop
  • Push Fulfillment to PrestaShop
  • Pull Locations from PrestaShop (turned on by default)

Requirements

  • Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
  • PrestaShop Account - Ensure you have access to your PrestaShop admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/PrestaShop account.

Connecting PrestaShop to Pipe17

Navigate to Integrations in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" to add the PrestaShop connector to your account.

Find the PrestaShop Connector and Click on Add.

The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, you can choose your settings now or after the connection is established by navigating to the Integrations page.

You will need two values from your PrestaShop account - PrestaShop URL & PrestaShop API KEY.

PrestaShop URL:

  • Login to PrestaShop.
  • From the browser URL copy the domain portion. For example, if the URL looks like https://myshop.com/admin.php then https://myshop.com is your API URL.
  • Copy the domain URL value into the PrestaShop URL field on Pipe17.

API KEY:

  • Open the “Webservice” page under the “Advanced Parameters” menu, and then click the “Add new webservice key” button to access the account configuration section. Generate and save the key.
  • Copy the Key value into the API Key field on Pipe17.

Click Connect.

Connection Flow Settings

Orders: Set to either Pull from PrestaShop or Disabled. 

Pull Orders → pulls in Orders from PrestaShop starting from the datetime when the PrestaShop Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

Products: Set to either Pull from PrestaShop, Push to PrestaShop or Disabled.

Pull Products → pulls in the Product Catalog from PrestaShop starting from the datetime when the PrestaShop Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

Push Products → pushes the Product Catalog to PrestaShop starting from the datetime when the PrestaShop Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

Inventory: Set to either Push to PrestaShop, or Disabled.

Push Inventory → pushes Inventory updates to PrestaShop starting from the datetime when the PrestaShop Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

Fulfillments: Set to Push to PrestaShop or Disabled.

Push Fulfillments → pushes Fulfillments updates into PrestaShop starting from the datetime when the PrestaShop Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

Locations: Set to Pull from PrestaShop by default. This setting cannot be turned off since Order Processing depends on Location information.
