Connect VeraCore to Pipe17

VeraCore is a smart 3PL WMS Software for eCommerce Fulfillments.

Pipe17 supports the following flows for the VeraCore Connector:

  • Push Products to VeraCore
  • Push Shipping Requests to VeraCore
  • Pull Fulfillments from VeraCore
  • Pull Inventory from VeraCore
  • Push Arrivals to VeraCore
  • Pull Receipts from VeraCore
  • Pull Locations from VeraCore

Requirements

  • Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
  • VeraCore Account - Ensure you have access to your VeraCore admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/VeraCore account.

Connecting VeraCore to Pipe17

Navigate to Integrations in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" to add the VeraCore connector to your account.

Find the VeraCore Connector and Click on Add.

The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, you can choose your settings now or after the connection is established by navigating to the Integrations page.

API URL:

When you log into Veracore, this is everything in the URL before the /Veracore/OMS.
For example, if your URL when you log into Veracore is:
https://rhu173.veracore.com/VeraCore/OMS/?auth=3494816#home

then your API URL would be
https://rhu173.veracore.com

User: VeraCore Username

Password: VeraCore Password

SystemID & OwnerID:

  • Login to your VeraCore account.
  • Click on Settings > System > Basic System Information.
  • Copy the System ID displayed into the System ID field on Pipe17.
  • Copy the OwnerID displayed into the System ID field on Pipe17.

WarehouseID:

  • Login to your VeraCore account.
  • Click on Settings > System > Define Local Warehouse System
  • Copy the Warehouse IDs displayed here.

Click Connect.

Connection Flow Settings

Products: Set to either Push to VeraCore or Disabled.

Push Products → pushes Product Catalog updates into VeraCore starting from the datetime when the VeraCore Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

Shipping Requests: Set to either Push to VeraCore, or Disabled.

Push Shipping Requests → pushes Shipping Requests into VeraCore starting from the datetime when the VeraCore Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

Fulfillments: Set to either Pull from VeraCore or Disabled.

Pull Fulfillments → pulls Fulfillments updates from VeraCore starting from the datetime when the VeraCore Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

Inventory: Set to either Pull from VeraCore or Disabled.

Pull Inventory → pulls Inventory updates from VeraCore starting from the datetime when the VeraCore Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

Arrivals: Set to either Push to VeraCore or Disabled.

Push Arrivals → pushes Arrivals updates into VeraCore starting from the datetime when the VeraCore Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

Receipts: Set to either Pull from VeraCore or Disabled.

Pull Receipts → pulls Receipts updates from VeraCore starting from the datetime when the VeraCore Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

Locations: Set to Pull from VeraCore by default. This setting cannot be turned off since Order Processing depends on Location information.
