Chord is an Ecommerce platform.
Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the Chord Connector:
- Pull Orders from Chord
- Push Products to Chord
- Pull Shipping Requests from Chord
- Push Inventory to Chord
- Pull Fulfillment from Chord
- Push Fulfillment to Chord
- Pull Locations from Chord

Requirements
- Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
- Ensure you have access to your Chord admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/Chord account.
Connecting Chord to Pipe17
- Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
- Find the Chord Connector and Click on Add.
- The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
- Click Next

API URL: Copy the URL of your account (URL in your browser address bar) and modify it to have /api at the end. It should look like https://<your-account>.assembly-api.com/api
Note there is no trailing slash / after 'api'
- API Token: Go to your account page by clicking on the user name at bottom left corner. Copy the value of Key under API Access
- Click Connect.
Connection Flow Settings
- Orders
- Pull orders from Chord: Turn on this toggle to tell Pipe17 to pull in all orders from Chord starting from the date and time when the Chord Integration was enabled in Pipe17.
- Products
- Push products from Pipe17 to Chord: Enable this option so that Pipe17 can push products from your existing catalog (in Pipe17) to Chord.
- Shipping Requests
- Pull Shipping Requests from Chord: Turn on this toggle to tell Pipe17 to pull in all Shipping Requests from Chord starting from the date and time when the Chord Integration was enabled in Pipe17.
- Inventory
- Push inventory changes to Chord: Pushes Inventory updates into Chord starting from the date and time when the Chord Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
- Fulfillments
- Disabled: Select this option to neither pull nor push Fulfillments from/to Chord
- Pull Fulfillments from Chord to Pipe17: Select this option to tell Pipe17 to pull in the Fulfillments from Chord starting from the date and time when the Chord Integration was enabled in Pipe17.
- Push Fulfillments to Chord: Pushes Fulfillments updates into Chord starting from the date and time when the Chord Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
- Push & Pull Fulfillments to Chord: update Fulfillments in both directions into and out of Chord starting from the datetime when the Chord Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
- Loctions
- Pull locations from Chord: Turn on this toggle to tell Pipe17 to pull in all Locations from Chord starting from the date and time when the Chord Integration was enabled in Pipe17. This setting cannot be turned off since Order Processing depends on Location information.
