Connect GreenSpoon (Skulocity) to Pipe17

GreenSpoon (Skulocity) is fully integrated CRM & ERP suite.

Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the GreenSpoon Connector:

• Push Orders to GreenSpoon
• Pull Products from GreenSpoon
• Pull Fulfillments from GreenSpoon
• Pull Inventory from GreenSpoon
• Pull Locations from GreenSpoon

Requirements

• Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
• Ensure you have access to your GreenSpoon admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/GreenSpoon account.

Connecting GreenSpoon to Pipe17

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
2. Find the GreenSpoon Connector and Click on Add.
3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
4. Click Next
5. API URL: Copy the domain part of the URL in your browser address bar. It should look like https://<your-account>.skulocity.org/api
   1. The domain will be https://<your-account>.skulocity.org
6. Tenant ID: Tenant id will be the same as your account name from your browser URL. Ex: It will be ‘your-account’ in https://<your-account>.skulocity.org/api
7. Username: GreenSpoon Account username
8. Password: GreepnSpoon Account password
9. Click Connect.
   

Connection Flow Settings

• Orders
  • Push orders to GreenSpoon:  pushes Orders into GreenSpoon starting from the datetime when the GreenSpoon Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Products
  • Pull products from GreenSpoon: pulls Product Catalog updates from GreenSpoon starting from the datetime when the GreenSpoon Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Fulfillments
  • Pull fulfillments from GreenSpoon: pulls Fulfillments updates from GreenSpoon starting from the datetime when the GreenSpoon Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Inventory
  
  • Pull inventory changes from GreenSpoon: pulls Inventory updates from GreenSpoon starting from the datetime when the GreenSpoon Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

• Loctions
  • Pull locations from GreenSpoon: Set to Pull from GreenSpoon by default. This setting cannot be turned off since Order Processing depends on Location information.
