Connect NorthStar to Pipe17

NorthStar WMS is a modular, configurable and flexible warehouse management system.

Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the NorthStar Connector:

• Push Shipping Requests to NorthStar
• Pull Inventory from NorthStar
• Pull Fulfillment from NorthStar
• Pull Locations from NorthStar

Requirements

• Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
• Ensure you have access to your NorthStar admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/NorthStar account.

Connecting NorthStar to Pipe17

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
2. Find the NorthStar Connector and Click on Add.
3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
4. Click Next
5. Contact NorthStar support to get the following information:
   1. API URL
   2. Username
   3. Password
6. Enter the information in corresponding fields on Pipe17.
7. Click Connect.

Connection Flow Settings

• Shipping Requests
  
  • Push shipping requests to NorthStar from Pipe17: pulls shipping requests updates from NorthStar starting from the datetime when the NorthStar Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Inventory
  
  • Pull inventory from NorthStar into Pipe17: pulls Inventory updates from NorthStar starting from the datetime when the NorthStar Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Fulfillments
  • Pull fulfillments from NorthStar into Pipe17: pulls fulfillments updates from NorthStar starting from the datetime when the NorthStar Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Locations
  • Pull locations from NorthStar into Pipe17: pulls Locations updates from NorthStar starting from the datetime when the NorthStar Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
