Connect MasonHub to Pipe17

 

MasonHub is a 3PL Logistics Platform. Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the MasonHub Connector:

  • Push Products to MasonHub
  • Push Shipping Requests to MasonHub
  • Pull Inventory from MasonHub
  • Pull Fulfillment from MasonHub
  • Push Arrivals to MasonHub
  • Pull Receipts from MasonHub
  • Pull Locations from MasonHub

Requirements

  • Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
  • Ensure you have access to your MasonHub admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/MasonHub account.

Connecting MasonHub to Pipe17

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
  2. Find the MasonHub Connector and Click on Add.
  3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
  4. Click Next
  5. Select the MasonHub Environment - Production or Sandbox.
  6. Contact MasonHub support to get Account Name and Account Token. Enter the values in the corresponding fields on Pipe17.
  7. Click Connect.

 

Connection Flow Settings

  • Products
    • Push products to MasonHub from Pipe17: pushes Product Catalog updates to MasonHub starting from the datetime when the MasonHub Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Shipping Requests
    • Push shipping requests to MasonHub from Pipe17: pushes shipping requests updates to MasonHub starting from the datetime when the MasonHub Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Inventory
    • Pull inventory from MasonHub into Pipe17: pulls Inventory updates from MasonHub starting from the datetime when the MasonHub Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Fulfillments
    • Pull fulfillments from MasonHub into Pipe17: pulls fulfillments updates from MasonHub starting from the datetime when the MasonHub Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Arrivals
    • Push arrivals to MasonHub to Pipe17: pushes arrivals updates to MasonHub starting from the datetime when the MasonHub Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Receipts
    • Pull receipts from MasonHub into Pipe17: pulls receipts updates from MasonHub starting from the datetime when the MasonHub Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Locations
    • Pull locations from MasonHub into Pipe17: pulls Locations updates from MasonHub starting from the datetime when the MasonHub Integration was enabled on Pipe17.

 

 

MasonHub Other Settings

Beneath your flow settings you will find another menu titled MasonHub Settings. Here you have the option to filter out certain actions that Pipe17 takes against your orders, products and inventory. Let's review them all in detail. 

 

  • Locations
    • MasonHub locations: Enter the location/warehouse ID that you will be sending orders to. This is a mandatory field. The format will look something like 'Rancho:aaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd-eeee-ffff-gggg'. The location ID for each warehouse can be obtained from MasonHub Support. These locations are NOT automatically pulled from the MasonHub API.

  • Products
    • Push only products with specific SKUs: If you would like Pipe17 to push only certain products to MasonHub, enter those SKUs in this field. 
  • Shipping Requests
    • Process only shipping requests with specific order IDs: Enter one or more order IDs here to tell Pipe17 to send a Shipping Request to MasonHub for only those orders. 
    • Select default shipping carrier: To have the shipping carrier auto selected, keep MasonHub (auto) in this field. If the shipping carrier will need to be specifically defined, enter the carrier ID here instead. 
    • Select default shipping service: Similar to the above, enter the default shipping service in this field. 
  • Inventory
    • Process only inventory items with specific SKUs: Enter one or more SKU value here to tell Pipe17 to pull inventory for only those SKUs from MasonHub.
  • Arrivals
    • Process only arrivals with specific order IDs: Enter one or more order IDs in this field to tell Pipe17 to process arrivals only for those orders.
