Connect DaVinci to Pipe17

DaVinci is a Warehouse Management System.

Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the DaVinci Connector:

• Push Products to DaVinci
• Push Shipping Requests to DaVinci
• Pull Inventory from DaVinci
• Pull Fulfillment from DaVinci
• Push Arrivals to DaVinci
• Pull Receipts from DaVinci
• Pull Locations from DaVinci

Requirements

• Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
• Ensure you have access to your DaVinci admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/DaVinci account.

Connecting DaVinci to Pipe17

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
2. Find the DaVinci Connector and Click on Add.
3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
4. Click Next
5. Contact DaVinci support to get the following details: API URL, Database, Username, Password, Account ID.
6. Enter the values in the corresponding fields on Pipe17.
7. Click Connect.

Connection Flow Settings

• Products
  
  • Push products to DaVinci from Pipe17: pushes Product Catalog updates to DaVinci starting from the datetime when the DaVinci Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Shipping Requests
  
  • Push shipping requests to DaVinci from Pipe17: pushes shipping requests updates to DaVinci starting from the datetime when the DaVinci Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Inventory
  
  • Pull inventory from DaVinci into Pipe17: pulls Inventory updates from DaVinci starting from the datetime when the DaVinci Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Fulfillments
  • Pull fulfillments from DaVinci into Pipe17: pulls fulfillments updates from DaVinci starting from the datetime when the DaVinci Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Arrivals
  
  • Push arrivals to DaVinci to Pipe17: pushes arrivals updates to DaVinci starting from the datetime when the DaVinci Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Receipts
  • Pull receipts from DaVinci into Pipe17: pulls receipts updates from DaVinci starting from the datetime when the DaVinci Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Locations
  • Pull locations from DaVinci into Pipe17: pulls Locations updates from DaVinci starting from the datetime when the DaVinci Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
