Connect Skubana to Pipe17

Skubana is an Order management platform.

Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the Skubana Connector:

• Pull Orders from Skubana
• Push Orders to Skubana

Requirements

• Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
• Ensure you have access to your Skubana admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/Skubana account.

Connecting Skubana to Pipe17

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
2. Find the Skubana Connector and Click on Add.
3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
4. Click Next
5. Select Skubana Environment - Production or Demo.
6. Click Connect. You will be redirected to Skubana authorization page, follow the steps to authorize Pipe17.

Connection Flow Settings

• Orders
  
  • Pull orders from Skubana into Pipe17: pulls orders updates from Skubana starting from the datetime when the Skubana Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Products
  
  • Pull products from Skubana into Pipe17: pulls products updates from Skubana starting from the datetime when the Skubana Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Push products to Skubana from Pipe17: pushes products updates to Skubana starting from the datetime when the Skubana Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Inventory
  • Pull inventory from Skubana into Pipe17: pulls inventory updates from Skubana starting from the datetime when the Skubana Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Push inventory to Skubana from Pipe17: pushes inventory updates to Skubana starting from the datetime when the Skubana Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Locations
  • Pull locations from Skubana into Pipe17: pulls Locations updates from Skubana starting from the datetime when the Skubana Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
