Connect Cart.com to Pipe17

 

Cart.com is an eCommerce platform.

Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the Cart.com Connector:

  • Pull Orders from Cart.com
  • Pull Products from Cart.com
  • Push Products to Cart.com
  • Push Inventory to Cart.com
  • Push Fulfillment to Cart.com
  • Pull Locations from Cart.com

Requirements

  • Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
  • Ensure you have access to your Cart.com admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/Cart.com account.

Connecting Cart.com to Pipe17

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
  2. Find the Cart.com Connector and Click on Add.
  3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
  4. Click Next
  5. Enter your Cart.com API URL, e.g. https://your_store_tenant.americommerce.com
  6. To get the API Key:
    1. Login to your cart.com environment
    2. Click Tools > Apps & Addons > API Token Manager
    3. Click New to create app definition
    4. Provide values for App Name and App Description, e.g. Pipe17
    5. Click Next
    6. Select Single Token Flow
    7. Define following permissions
      People permissions: View customer, user, or profile data
      Orders Permissions: View and change order data
      Catalog Permissions: View and change catalog data
      Other Permissions: View and change configuration settings, Perform system tasks
    8. Click Save
    9. Copy the value of generated access token and paste it into API Key field in Pipe17
  7. Click Connect.

Connection Flow Settings

  • Orders
    • Pull orders from Cart.com into Pipe17: pulls orders updates from Cart.com starting from the datetime when the Cart.com Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Products
    • Pull products from Cart.com into Pipe17: pulls products updates from Cart.com starting from the datetime when the Cart.com Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
    • Push products to Cart.com from Pipe17: pushes Product Catalog updates to Cart.com starting from the datetime when the Cart.com Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Inventory
    • Push inventory to Cart.com from Pipe17: pushes inventory updates to Cart.com starting from the datetime when the Cart.com Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Fulfillments
    • Push fulfillments to Cart.com from Pipe17: pushes fulfillments updates to Cart.com starting from the datetime when the Cart.com Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Locations
    • Pull locations from Cart.com into Pipe17: pulls Locations updates from Cart.com starting from the datetime when the Cart.com Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
