Connect Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) to Pipe17

Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) provides a complete Multichannel Commerce Solution for Brands and Retailers.

Pipe17 supports the following data flows for the Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) Connector:

• Pull Orders from Rithum (ChannelAdvisor)
• Pull Products from Rithum (ChannelAdvisor)

Requirements

• Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
• Ensure you have access to your Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/ChannelAdvisor account.

Connecting Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) to Pipe17

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
2. Find the Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) Connector and Click on Add.
3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
4. Click Next
5. Click Connect. You will be redirected to Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) authorization page, follow the steps to authorize Pipe17.

• Orders
  
  • Pull orders from Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) into Pipe17: pulls orders updates from Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) starting from the datetime when the Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Products
  
  • Pull products from Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) into Pipe17: pulls products updates from Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) starting from the datetime when the Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
  • Push products to Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) from Pipe17: pushes Product Catalog updates to Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) starting from the datetime when the Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Inventory
  
  • Push inventory to Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) from Pipe17: pushes inventory updates to Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) starting from the datetime when the Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Fulfillments
  • Push fulfillments to Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) from Pipe17: pushes fulfillments updates to Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) starting from the datetime when the Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Locations
  • Pull locations from Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) into Pipe17: pulls Locations updates from Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) starting from the datetime when the Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
