Connect The Hut Group (THG) to Pipe17

Requirements

• Pipe17 Account - Ensure that you have a Pipe17 account. If you do not yet have a Pipe17 account, book a demo with a Pipe17 team member to get started.
• Ensure you have access to your The Hut Group (THG) admin account. This will be needed to establish connection to Pipe17/The Hut Group (THG) account.

Connecting The Hut Group (THG) to Pipe17

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Pipe17 portal and click on "Add Integration" in the upper right corner.
2. Find the The Hut Group (THG) Connector and Click on Add.
3. The Connection Flow Settings page is displayed, leave these toggles turned off for now. We will revisit these later in the guide.
4. Click Next
5. The Hut Group is a unique Integration that requires connection from Pipe17 to THG and also from THG to Pipe17. Hence, credentials have to be shared with THG team as well.
6. Request the following from THG Support, these will be used to connect with THG from Pipe17 and push updates into THG:
   1. Realm
   2. Client ID
   3. Client Secret
7. Username & Password: Choose a Username and Password to set here and share these credentials with THG Support. These will be used by THG to connect into Pipe17
8. Click Connect.

Connection Flow Settings

• Orders
  • Pull orders from The Hut Group (THG):  Turn on this toggle to tell Pipe17 to pull in all orders from The Hut Group (THG) starting from the date and time when the The Hut Group (THG) Integration was enabled in Pipe17.
• Inventory
  • Disabled: Select this option to disable inventory pulls and pushes to/from The Hut Group (THG).
  • Push inventory changes to The Hut Group (THG): Pushes Inventory updates into The Hut Group (THG) starting from the date and time when the The Hut Group (THG) Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
• Fulfillments
  • Push fulfillments to The Hut Group (THG): Pushes Fulfillments updates into The Hut Group (THG) starting from the date and time when the The Hut Group (THG) Integration was enabled on Pipe17.
