What is your selling channel?
Your selling channel is where Pipe17 will pull your orders from. This could be a direct marketplace like eBay or Walmart, an e-commerce platform like Shopify or WooCommerce, an OIMS like Orderhive, or any other system you want to pull orders from! Check out the full breakdown of available connectors on the Pipe17 website.
Add a selling channel to Pipe17
Once you know which channel you need, head into the Integrations tab of your Pipe17 portal and follow the steps below to add your new connector.
You may have already added your channels when you first logged into Pipe17, as part of your onboarding wizard. If that is the case, you'll see those integrations here already. |
- Click on "Add Integration".
- Select the system you want to connect to, and click "Connect".
- Follow the prompts on the onboarding wizard for the integration. You may be asked for authentication information from the integrating system, or to log in directly in another tab.
Once you are authenticated, you'll be directed to the "Flow settings" screen where you can enable which data flows in and out of Pipe17. The most common configuration for a selling channel is:

You may want to wait until the testing step of this guide to enable the "Pull orders" setting. |
