Connect LogicBroker to Pipe17

The LogicBroker connector pulls orders from your LogicBroker partner into the app and acknowledges them in LogicBroker. The app then sends shipments, invoices, cancellations, and inventory back to LogicBroker. You can also pull your product catalog from LogicBroker.

With this connector, you can:

  • Pull orders from LogicBroker every 5 minutes and as LogicBroker sends them, and acknowledge them in LogicBroker.
  • Cancel orders in the app when they're canceled in LogicBroker.
  • Send fulfillments to LogicBroker as shipments, and send an invoice when an order is fully fulfilled.
  • Send shipping request cancellations and rejected items to LogicBroker.
  • Send available inventory to LogicBroker every 5 minutes.
  • Pull products, including parent products and their color and size variants, from LogicBroker.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • An active LogicBroker account.

Flows

Flow Direction Notes
Locations LogicBroker → Pipe17 Runs once a day. Creates a location for each LogicBroker partner that isn't in the app yet.
Products LogicBroker → Pipe17 Pulls products changed since the last pass. After the app finishes a pass, the next one starts within about a day. Products that share a parent SKU are grouped under a parent product with color and size variants.
Orders LogicBroker → Pipe17 Runs every 5 minutes and also when LogicBroker sends a new-order webhook. The app pulls orders in the statuses you select, and acknowledges orders pulled at Ready for Acknowledge. Every 4 hours, the app also checks the last 30 days for orders it missed.
Order cancellations LogicBroker → Pipe17 When LogicBroker sends a cancellation webhook, the app cancels the order. Once a day, the app also checks the last 30 days for canceled orders and cancels them in the app.
Fulfillments Pipe17 → LogicBroker Runs every 5 minutes. Creates a shipment in LogicBroker with tracking details. If the fulfillment has no ship-from address, the app uses the address of the location. The app doesn't send a shipment that already exists in LogicBroker.
Invoices Pipe17 → LogicBroker Sent after the order is fulfilled and LogicBroker has received all of its fulfillments. If the invoice fails, the app tries again on the next run.
Cancellations and rejected items Pipe17 → LogicBroker When you cancel a shipping request, or a fulfillment rejects items, the app sends an updated acknowledgement with the canceled quantities and the cancel reason. If there's no reason, the app uses "Cannot fulfill in time".
Rejected shipments LogicBroker → Pipe17 The app checks LogicBroker for shipments in Failed status and adds an exception to the matching shipping request.
Inventory Pipe17 → LogicBroker Runs every 5 minutes. Sends the available quantity for each SKU, up to 999,999.

Troubleshooting

  • The connection fails with "Invalid partner ID"
The Partner ID isn't one of the partners available to your API key. Check the ID on the Account Information page in LogicBroker, confirm that you selected the right environment, and then update the connection settings.
  • Orders don't appear in the app
By default, the app pulls only orders at Ready for Acknowledge. If your LogicBroker account acknowledges orders automatically, add the later statuses under Pull orders in these LogicBroker statuses. Also check Exclude orders created before this date and Process only specific orders.
  • A shipping request has the exception "Shipment rejected by LogicBroker (Failed)"
LogicBroker rejected the shipment. Fix the shipment in LogicBroker. The app can't create the invoice until the shipment is resolved.
  • An invoice wasn't sent to LogicBroker
The app sends the invoice only after the order is fulfilled and every fulfillment has reached LogicBroker. Check that Push invoices to LogicBroker is on and that no shipment for the order was rejected.
  • Only some products are pulled
Your API key returns only the products available to your partner account. To pull the full catalog, enter a retailer API key in the connection settings and turn on Pull full Product Catalog (retailer & supplier) from LogicBroker.
