Connect Logiwa IO to Pipe17

The Logiwa.io connector links the app to your Logiwa IO warehouse management system (WMS). The app sends shipping requests, products, arrivals, and returns to Logiwa.io. It pulls fulfillments, inventory, receipts, and returns receipts back into the app.

With this connector, you can:

  • Pull your Logiwa.io warehouses, and optionally their location groups, into the app as locations.
  • Send shipping requests to Logiwa.io as shipment orders, including shipping labels, and send cancellations.
  • Pull fulfillments with tracking from Logiwa.io, and update shipping requests that are canceled in Logiwa.io.
  • Send your product catalog, including bundles, to Logiwa.io.
  • Pull inventory levels and, optionally, inventory transactions from Logiwa.io.
  • Send arrivals as purchase orders and pull receipts back.
  • Send returns to Logiwa.io and pull returns receipts, including blind returns.

Setup

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • An active Logiwa IO account.
  • Your Logiwa.io API URL. This is usually https://myapi.logiwa.com.
  • A Logiwa.io API user name and password. You usually get these from the Logiwa support team. They're often different from the user name you use to sign in to Logiwa.io.
  • Optional: The Logiwa.io clients you want to sync, if your account has more than one. You can use each client's identifier, display name, or official identity.

Large accounts are pulled once a day at 4am UTC unless you choose another time. Also pulls inventory transactions if you list transaction types.

Troubleshooting

  • The connection fails or every request returns an authorization error
The API user name or password is wrong, or you used your Logiwa.io sign-in user instead of the API user. Ask Logiwa support for your API credentials, and then update them in the connection settings.
  • The integration shows "There are no clients available matching to configuration"
None of the values under Only process entities (products, inventory, etc) tied with following Logiwa.io clients match a client in Logiwa.io. Check each client's identifier, display name, or official identity in Logiwa.io, or leave the field empty.
  • A shipping request fails with "Failed to resolve currency code"
The order's currency isn't set up in Logiwa.io. Add the currency in Logiwa.io, and then send the shipping request again.
  • A shipping request has the exception "Fulfillment not created"
Logiwa.io reports the order as shipped, but there's no package or tracking number the app can use yet. If tracking is still syncing in Logiwa.io, the app creates the fulfillment on a later run. If the exception says no LPN or tracking is assigned, ask your warehouse to assign tracking in Logiwa.io.
  • A product fails with "Bundle components are not available at vendor"
One or more bundle components don't exist in Logiwa.io. Send the component products first, and then send the bundle again.
