Orders via flat file and FTP

Pipe17 supports importing and exporting orders, products and inventory in a CSV or JSON file sent over the FTP, SFTP, or FTP/S protocols. You will need to setup your own FTP server and enter the address, port and other information into the connector settings.

When bringing in orders via CSV, you can choose whether multi-line item orders have each line item in a separate row (unwind) or whether additional columns in the file represent each line item (flat).

Above and Attached are example files for both formats. If you need to use different column names for the orders into Pipe17 or the fulfillments going back to the order source you can change the names via the mappings tab on the connector.
