The OrderDesk Fulfillment connector lets you use OrderDesk as a fulfillment provider within the app. The app sends products and shipping requests to OrderDesk for fulfillment, then pulls inventory, fulfillment, and location updates back so your operations stay current. This connector is used when OrderDesk acts as a 3PL or fulfillment service.
This article covers the OrderDesk Fulfillment connector. It is separate from the Order Desk e-commerce connector, which brings orders from OrderDesk into the app.
With the OrderDesk Fulfillment connector, you can:
- Push product catalog updates to OrderDesk.
- Push shipping requests to OrderDesk for fulfillment.
- Pull inventory updates from OrderDesk into the app.
- Pull fulfillment updates from OrderDesk into the app.
- Pull canceled shipping requests from OrderDesk into the app.
- Pull location data from OrderDesk into the app.

Troubleshooting
-
The connector fails to authenticate
Verify that the Store ID and API Key are entered correctly and that the API key has not been regenerated in OrderDesk. Create a new API key at **https://app.orderdesk.me/settings/api** if needed, then re-enter the credentials and select Connect. -
Fulfillments are not appearing in the app
Confirm that the pull fulfillments flow is enabled and that the OrderDesk folder for fulfilled shipping requests matches where OrderDesk places completed orders (default: Closed). Fulfillments created before the flow was enabled will not sync, because each flow syncs only from the date and time it was enabled. -
Inventory levels are not updating in the app
Confirm that the pull inventory flow is enabled and that products are matched by SKU between the app and OrderDesk. A SKU mismatch prevents inventory from associating with the correct product. -
Shipping requests are not reaching OrderDesk
Confirm that the push shipping requests flow is enabled and that the OrderDesk folder for shipping requests (default: Prepared) exists in your OrderDesk account. If the connector was connected with the flow toggle off, enable it in the connector settings, then confirm new shipping requests generate after the flow is active. -
Canceled shipping requests show an unexpected status in the app
The status for canceled shipping requests defaults to Canceled Restock, which returns stock to inventory. If you expect a different outcome, change the status for canceled shipping requests setting to Review required, Canceled, or Failed.
