Release Notes 2026-09 (September Release)

9/16-9/30

  • You can now set a Channel SKU for products on custom integrations, just like native connectors. Check with your integration's developer that it supports SKU mapping before relying on it.
  • The order details page now shows the replacement orders created from an order, along with the original order each replacement came from.
  • Location Groups now has its own page under Inventory in the sidebar.
  • Shipping Request automations can now use your Shipping Methods, including their custom fields, so rules can copy carrier account details onto outbound shipping requests.
  • Fulfillment automations can now use fulfillment status and quantities in the Change Inventory Level action. This lets you update inventory automatically, such as reducing committed quantity when a fulfillment is rejected.
  • You can now connect a TikTok Shop that sells cross-border from the US into Mexico by choosing the new Mexico (US Cross-Border) region during setup.
  • The Amazon connector's Multi-Location Inventory setting now warns that Amazon may not record inventory for SKUs with special characters such as colons. It also warns that turning the setting off leaves existing location inventory in Amazon, which must be cleared in Seller Central.
  • Fixed an issue where searching orders in the new orders table could time out on large accounts. Quick search now matches order IDs that start with what you type.
  • Fixed an issue where bulk reports undercounted out-of-stock SKUs when results spanned multiple pages, and showed a non-zero count for empty reports.
  • Fixed an issue where creating an arrival from a purchase order did not carry over the purchase order's expected arrival date.
  • Fixed an issue where editing a custom integration could disconnect its entities from their existing mappings.
  • Fixed an issue where Shopify orders could come in without payment details when Shopify briefly limited requests. These orders are now retried and arrive complete.

  • Fixed an issue where Amazon Vendor Central inventory from every location was sent to a single Amazon warehouse. Each location's inventory now goes to its own warehouse.
  • Fixed an issue where Amazon Vendor Central fulfillments that were already confirmed were sent again and shown as failed.
  • Fixed an issue where Walmart Canada shipment confirmations were rejected for integrations using Walmart's Global API.
  • Fixed an issue where NetSuite transfer syncs could fail when a related item fulfillment could not be found.
  • Fixed an issue where errors for NetSuite fulfillments that failed to sync did not explain why a line couldn't be fulfilled, such as a backorder or a closed line.
  • Fixed an issue where inventory and product updates that failed while Magento was temporarily unavailable were not retried.

  • You can now cancel an order automatically when a New Order Automation hold expires, in addition to sending it to Ready for Fulfillment or Review Required.
  • Searching the inventory table is now faster. Search matches SKUs that start with what you type and ignores extra spaces around your search.
  • Pipe17 now syncs HS codes and country of origin from Shopify when they are set at the variant level.
  • When TikTok Shop cancels one item in a bundle order, Pipe17 now marks only that item as not shippable, so the rest of the order can ship without waiting.
  • Fixed an issue where shipping methods with only a carrier or only a service defined did not display correctly in Shipping Method Mappings.
  • Fixed an issue where a product SKU containing a percent sign (%) could stop products from syncing.
  • Fixed an issue where product syncs from Shopify could stall on products with a very large number of variants.

  • Navigation items for Exception Categories and Store Operations are now hidden for users whose role does not grant access to them.
  • Redesigned the exceptions card component across app details pages for clearer display.
  • Improved the performance of loading quick filters and autocomplete suggestions across integration pages.

  • You can now search integration mappings, with matching results highlighted.
  • The create product form has been redesigned, aligning it with the platform's updated design system.
  • You can now filter the Orders table by last-updated date and hold-until date, and filter the Shipments table by ship-by date.
  • You can now set separate partial-rejection behavior for in-store pickup and ship-from-store orders, so each order type can independently reject the whole order or fulfill what's available when items are out of stock.
  • In the test playground, if one piece of sample test data fails to load you can now retry just that item or type in a value yourself, instead of the whole test setup failing.
  • The "Adjust Inventory" automation action is now called "Change Inventory Level" for clarity, and can now be used on automation rules that aren't tied to a specific fulfillment type.
  • You can now bring customer return requests (RMAs) from Bol.com into Pipe17, covering returns fulfilled by you as well as returns fulfilled by Bol.com.
  • Outbound transfers now sync to NetSuite as Transfer Orders automatically, keeping stock movements between locations in sync without manual re-entry.
  • You can now turn on a setting that helps Pipe17 identify parent products in NetSuite by checking for related child items, useful as a fallback when the standard product-type field isn't available.
  • Fixed an issue where the location details edit page had no Cancel button, leaving no way to discard changes without navigating away. A Cancel button is now available to discard your edits in place.
  • Fixed an issue where syncing TikTok products with a large number of variants could cause repeated sync failures and duplicate or incomplete product data.
  • Fixed an issue where orders were failing to reach one of your connected fulfillment providers because of a change to their server address, and added support for updating that address without a code change.
  • Fixed an issue where fulfillment updates from one of your connected warehouse systems could stop importing entirely due to a timeout during a routine background sync step.
  • Fixed an issue where a background sync step for one of your connected warehouse systems could fail with a duplicate record error when carrier or service names contained extra spacing.

  • Updated helper text and badge labels in the exception resolution UI for clarity.
  • Holding organizations can now view the jobs page, including export progress and access to the export file.
  • Applied filters on the inventory details page now persist when navigating between locations, and a new option to show inactive locations has been added to the location filter.
  • Shipping request automation rules now support setting or updating a shipment's billing address directly from a custom code action.
  • You can now add serial numbers to receipts directly in the UI.

  • You can now filter the orders table by shipment location, making it easier to view and manage orders routed to specific fulfillment locations.
  • You can now use “Equals” with a blank value in order automation filters, letting you build rules that match orders where a field is empty.
  • You can now reference fulfillment records as a related dependency in fulfillment automation code rules, giving you access to fulfillment data when writing rule conditions.
  • Pipe17 now supports transfer orders with Amazon AWD, including pushing tracking updates and pulling receipts for inbound shipments.
  • You can now connect TikTok Shop by individual EU country — Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, and Italy each have their own region option. Existing Germany connections continue working under “Germany (legacy)” with no action needed.
  • Fixed an issue where the exception type filter on the exceptions table page was not showing all available options.

  • You can now enable External Integration Access to generate temporary, single-use connection links that allow external users to configure integrations without a Pipe17 account.
  • The DSCO connector now supports OAuth2 authentication using a client ID and client secret issued by Rithum/CommerceHub, in addition to the existing API key method.
  • Purchase orders and transfer orders now sync to G10 WMS as arrivals, improving visibility into incoming inventory.
  • Warehouse receipts from G10 WMS now sync automatically when inventory is received, keeping fulfillment records up to date.
  • Fixed an issue where the exception type filter on the Exceptions page was not showing all available exception types.

  • Order routing rules now support JavaScript code filters at the order level, giving you more flexibility to define custom routing logic directly in the rule card.
  • Location groups can now be sorted by closest distance to the order shipping address.

  • Added the ability to set a shipping option through a preset action within automation rules. This provides greater routing flexibility within the order routing engine.

  • Improved the rejected fulfillments experience within the Fulfillment details page with a new timeline, clearer quantity display, and contextual icons.

  • Added a setting to split aggregated order lines by fulfillment location ID in addition to SKU. This improves accuracy when the same SKU is fulfilled from multiple locations.

  • Administrators can now enable or disable users directly from the Users list page.

  • Primary organizations can now provision administrators to secondary organizations in bulk. This streamlines user management across multi-organization environments.

  • Added granular permission checks within detail pages. Users with restricted roles now see only the sections they have access to instead of being blocked from the entire page.

  • Expanded TikTok connector support to additional regions: Spain, Ireland, France, and Mexico. This expansion does not require global product management.

  • Amazon Seller Central now supports order cancellations and refunds triggered by rejected fulfillments. Enabling these flows currently requires assistance from the Pipe17 support team because the configuration options are not yet available in the UI.

  • Removed the self-signup option from the Pipe17 login screen. New users must be invited by an organization administrator.

  • Fixed an issue where filters containing the "#" symbol would break when shared through a URL.

  • Fixed an issue where direct links to resources in a specific organization redirected users to the wrong organization.

  • Fixed routing issues that caused the Outbound Events tab in source document dialogs to crash on load.

  • Pipe17 now captures the channel_liable field from Shopify to identify when marketplaces handle tax collection.

  • You can now create location groups for use with order routing. This simplifies assigning locations to routing rules and lets you prioritize locations by available quantity or closest location.

  • Added a push returns action to the returns list page to support outbound returns workflows.

  • Users can now create rejected fulfillments directly from within the shipping request.

  • Updated the rejected fulfillments interface for improved clarity and usability.

  • TikTok virtual bundles now include original bundle item prices and pre-calculated ratio-based prices.
