Release Notes 2025-03 (March Release)

• New: FedEx Supply Chain connector
• We’ve introduced a dedicated Fulfillment Details page with enhanced visibility into shipping-related fulfillment data. You can access it directly from the Fulfillments list page.
• The Fulfillment Details card now displays both fulfillment acknowledgment status and lot information.
• We've made several improvements to our FTP connectors, including a results file and a progress check on the file.
• You can now filter by code when using the AE (Exception) trigger. This allows for more precise automation based on specific exception types or codes.
• Added exceptions to related dependencies in Automation Engine code filters and actions.
• Pippen now provides contextual explanations when setting up filters—helping users understand what each filter does and how it impacts their data view.
• Pippen can now apply more complex filters and fall back to code filters when it’s not possible to create them with a simple filter.
• You can now view bundle decomposition information directly in the Order Details and Shipping Request Details pages.
• Canceled shipping requests are now logged in the timeline on the Shipping Request tab within Order Details.
• We're now displaying exceptions related to our NetSuite Statement report process. Statements, transactions, and the exception log will now provide insight into exceptions.
• You can now quickly apply the Exception Category filter to all categories at once using the new Select All option.
• Fixed a bug where closing the testing playground while working with code actions caused the page to break. The playground now closes as expected without impacting the interface.
• Fixed a bug in the Automation Engine where users weren’t able to view changes from the explain rule dialog.
• Fixed a bug that intermittently prevented shipping method mappings from being saved.
• Fixed a bug where the Exception column wasn’t showing any exceptions for orders with multiple exceptions.
• Fixed a bug where the wrong data set was being logged on the Jobs page. Logged information now accurately reflects the associated job activity.

Release Notes 2025-02 (Feb Release)

• Unis: Added return functionality to the Unis connector
• Added a setting to the NetSuite connector that allows the returns process to be configured based on return status
• Introduced a Data List feature that enables storing custom data for use in custom processes
• Introduced a new SKU Mapping page that displays channel SKU mappings along with channel buffer details
• Introduced a new 'Customers' entry in the left-hand navigation, providing access to B2B functionality
• The info bar in Order Details now includes the Ship By Date and External API ID. This update also features a redesigned layout that separates internal and external information for better clarity
• Fulfillments now include additional details such as exceptions, acknowledgment status, and bundle information for better visibility
• When testing an Automation Engine code filter or code action, you can now fetch all related entities
• The order routing status now displays as 'Disabled' when the order routing engine is turned off
• You can now create a new shipping request directly from the Shipping Request tab in Order Details, eliminating the need to navigate back to the main order details page
• The Status column in the Orders table now displays the hold time for each order, providing better visibility into order holds
• You can now quickly disable an ORE rule to exclude it from routing and re-enable it when needed
• You can now test Automation Engine rule filters before saving to ensure they work as expected
• Exception category stats are now available on the category details page for better visibility
• The Shipping Request tab in Order Details now provides more context on request statuses and highlights shipping requests that need review

• Inventory locking from the details page is now more flexible, giving you greater control over locked quantities
