Release Notes 2025-12 (December Release)

Release Notes 2025-11 (November Release)

  • New connector: Amazon Buy Shipping. Access Amazon’s shipping services directly through Pipe17 for faster, more reliable order delivery.

  • New connector: Tactical Logistics Supply Chain Solutions. Merchants can now connect directly with Tactical Logistics for order fulfillment.

  • You can now upload and download shipping labels tied to shipping requests. Supports both manual and automated shipping flows.

  • Rejected fulfillments no longer require a tracking number. This simplifies processing for partners that reject shipments earlier in the workflow.

  • Returns filter now includes source. You can filter returns by their source system for easier tracking and reconciliation.

  • Added vendor API documentation links for the VTEX connector. 

  • Added vendor API documentation links for the Northstar connector. 

  • Added vendor API documentation links for the OrderDesk connector. 

  • Fixed: AE code test dialog now fetches related exceptions. Exception handling is now fully supported when testing AE codes.

Release Notes 2025-10 (October Release)

Platform

  • Manual order creation is now available in the UI with address verification and reason codes.  Create brand new orders or associate them with existing ones for replacements, exchanges, or damaged items, ETC. The new flow includes built-in address verification and support for reason codes to improve accuracy and downstream tracking.
  • View enabled data flows directly from the Integrations list to instantly see which flows are active without opening each integration.
  • New quick search and connector filter in the Integrations list page to navigate large connector lists more efficiently.
  • New high-performance exceptions table under feature flag to enhance speed and stability for exception-heavy workflows.
  • Added “touch all” trigger for automation so related entities are re-evaluated when automation rules are updated.
  • Improved Automation History page with rule names and direct links to related entities for better visibility into rule execution and troubleshooting.
  • Custom fields are now supported in the product upload schema to enable more detailed product data configuration.
  • Fixed an issue where links in README files were not rendering correctly.

Integrations

  • Etsy inventory sync updated to align with Etsy’s latest Inventory API changes.
  • Fixed a bug that incorrectly displayed the Exclude Inventory option during ORE rule creation when Pippen creates new rules.
  • Whiplash receipt pull schedule corrected to fix an issue where the wrong schedule was applied to the receipt pull process.

Fulfillment

  • ORE now supports SIOC (Ship in Own Container) routing.
    Automatically splits SIOC items into separate shipping requests based on quantity ordered.
  • You can now set a hold on shipping requests in the Ready for Fulfillment status
  • New option to download labels in the UI, labels can now be manually downloaded and associated with shipping requests.
  • New option to upload labels in the UI, labels can now be manually uploaded and associated with shipping requests.
  • Push Fulfillments supports Automation Engine rule reprocessing
    You can now enable reprocessing to apply your AE rules to fulfillments sent through Push Fulfillments.
  • Added skipLocation setting to order routing rules, this is a required step in utilizing the skip location feature.
  • Export ordered quantity for fulfillment line items on the fulfillment export.

  • Shipment and fulfillment-related automation exceptions are no longer included in the order exceptions list.
  • Automation Engine now supports applying holds on shipping requests with statuses “Ready for Fulfillment” and “Review Required,” in addition to “New.”

Fixes & Stability Improvements

  • Fixed an issue causing duplicate invoices in the FullCircle connector.

  • Support Process – Pippen can now help with any support questions you might have, if you're not sure whether you need to file a ticket or if you want immediately help there's a new option for asking Pippen. If you're not able to get the help you're looking for you can immediately open a ticket with our support team or file a ticket after exploring your options with Pippen.
  • Fixed an issue where the "Explain Exception using Pippen" feature returned an error, disrupting the user experience.
  • Fixed an issue where resizing the Pippen sidebar caused the width to briefly jump.

  • Shiphero Returns Integration: Returns can now be pushed to Shiphero, and return receipts are automatically collected.
  • Loop Returns Settings: The Loop connector includes new settings to:
  • Process returns when all items are received in good condition.
  • Flag returns upon receipt of damaged items.
  • ShipBob Cancellations: Cancellations now flow into ShipBob automatically, reducing manual updates.
  • Vendor Schema Visibility: Public vendor schemas are now visible where supported.
  • Jazz Connector (Cancellations): Enabled support for voided line items within the Jazz Connector’s cancellation flow.

UI & Usability Improvements

  • Order Routing Badge: Updated the order routing status badge to clearly indicate when the routing engine is disabled.
  • PO Submission Shortcut: When a user submits a purchase order, they’re now prompted to create an Arrival—streamlining a two-step process into one.
  • Validation Enhancements: Quantity is now required when manually creating a shipping request, ensuring complete submissions.

Exceptions & Automation

  • Exception Filters: Added a filter to the exception list page to help users find and prioritize issues faster.
  • Automation Run Filters: Users can now filter automation runs by exceptions, improving diagnostic efficiency.

Issue Fixes

  • NetSuite Field Mapping: Resolved an issue where NetSuite fields were not appearing in target mapping.
  • Integration Setup: Fixed a bug where connection settings weren’t being saved during integration setup.

Exception Handling & Automation

  • You can now use Pippen to help create new automation rules for exceptions.

Release Notes 2025-03 (March Release)

  • New: FedEx Supply Chain connector
  • We’ve introduced a dedicated Fulfillment Details page with enhanced visibility into shipping-related fulfillment data. You can access it directly from the Fulfillments list page.
  • The Fulfillment Details card now displays both fulfillment acknowledgment status and lot information.
  • We've made several improvements to our FTP connectors, including a results file and a progress check on the file.
  • You can now filter by code when using the AE (Exception) trigger. This allows for more precise automation based on specific exception types or codes.
  • Added exceptions to related dependencies in Automation Engine code filters and actions.
  • Pippen now provides contextual explanations when setting up filters—helping users understand what each filter does and how it impacts their data view.
  • Pippen can now apply more complex filters and fall back to code filters when it’s not possible to create them with a simple filter.
  • You can now view bundle decomposition information directly in the Order Details and Shipping Request Details pages.
  • Canceled shipping requests are now logged in the timeline on the Shipping Request tab within Order Details.
