Upgrading Acumatica

Acumatica does two upgrade releases every year, and Pipe17 follows suit in publishing Pipe17 Customization Project twice a year.

To upgrade to the latest Pipe17 Customization project follow the steps below.

Step 1: Download latest Pipe17 Customization project.

Follow this link to download the latest Pipe17 Customization project. As of latest update of this article the latest version is 26.100.0000 created to support Acumatica 2026R1.

Step 2: Publish latest Customization Project

• Login to your Acumatica instance
• Navigate to the Customization Projects screen. You can do this by searching for customization project
• On this screen you will see a list of currently available customization projects
• Click on Import button and upload the customization downloaded in Step 1
• Once the upload is complete, publish the new customization project and unpublish the old customization project

Step 3: Ensure access rights are assigned correctly.

• Navigate to Access Rights by Screen screen. You can do this by searching for 'Access Rights by screen'
• In the left hand side navigation scroll down to Data Views
• Click on each data view starting with Pipe17 and make sure the Access Rights column shows View Only or Edit. If it shows Revoked change the value and click on Save. You will need to do this for each entity and click Save before moving on to next entity.

You are now fully setup to use the latest Pipe17 customization project.
