Saving Filters

To help you streamline workflows and reduce repetitive filtering, the app allows you to save applied filters on specific pages. This functionality improves efficiency when working with high-volume data across orders, inventory, products, and more.

Saved filters persist across sessions, so the next time you visit the page, your last-used filter setup is automatically applied.

Saved filters apply only to the current page. They do not carry over to other pages, even if similar filter fields are available.

How It Works

When you apply filters on a supported page, the Save Filter option appears near the top of the screen. After clicking it:

  1. A Save Filter window appears.

  2. Enter a memorable name for your filter.

  3. Set your filter logic using one or more conditions:

    • Select whether All or Any of the conditions must be met.

    • Choose the Field, Operator, and Value for each rule.

    • Click Add Rule to include additional conditions as needed.

  4. Click Save to apply and store the filter configuration.

Example:

  • Field: Order Source → Operator: Equals → Value: shopify

  • Field: Status → Operator: Equals Any Of → Value: (select one or more values)
